Junior Varsity
Junior Varsity is an LA based duo made up of singer/songwriter-producers Greg Aram & Zach Michel. After dropping “Cross The Street” EP Fall of 2024 & a critically acclaimed 2 pack EP with Warner Records, JV are ready to release their upcoming EP “Ready” independently. The first single of this forthcoming EP “Radio” is highly anticipated for April 2026 and is part of “Side A” of series of releases with “Side B” of the two-part project due out later in the year. Unlike most bands, JV built their career off of being the best kept secret of the music industry - often throwing underground shows or being written up in DIY grunge magazines for notoriety. Fans of JV know them as being the rowdy garage punk band next door, but this next project sets them up to cross into the mainstream industry.
After putting in the work, JV are prepared to bring their die hard fans along as they propel into superstardom. JV are focused on continuing to establish themselves as world builders. They write and produce their own music, while simultaneously playing a critical role in their visual aesthetic and brand. They also music direct and build their own shows. They hope to scale the traditional way - one fan at a time - without skipping steps. Although self identified underdogs, JV is anything but that. Their grit and determination as a band to achieve success is unparalleled.
With bands in the digital age focused on virtual connection, JV is set on physical connection with fans. JV will set out on a headline tour summer 2026 following the release of “Ready”. They recently returned from runs with Jean Dawson and LANY and a sold-out headline run around the US. In 2025 they hit the road with their headline tour “My Star” along with festivals such as Lollapalooza and Shaky Knees. As they scale, JV are being recognized by the likes of Complex, Billboard, CLASH, Pigeons and Planes, Wonderland, and more. They have been co-signed by artists varying from Blink-182, to Gracie Abrams, to Chappel Roan, and The Marias. JV is prepared to show the world they’re no longer second best...but here to get first prize.
