A member of múm since 2007, Mr. Silla aka Sigurlaug Gísladóttir has been a fixture in the Icelandic music and art scene for decades. Their many collaborations include a host of domestic and international acts such as Mike Lindsay (Tunng), Snorri Helgason, Mice Parade, Low Roar and Sam Potter (Late of the Pier) to name a few. Multi-instrumentalist, writer, and producer, Sigurlaug has been active since 2005, recording two solo albums (Mr. Silla, Hands On Hands) to critical acclaim, captivating audiences with their evocative stage presence and arresting vocal stylings.
