Indigo Elephant
Indigo Elephant is a Bay Area-based indie rock band writing music for the in-between moments. Comprised of Julius Pasion (drums), Cliff Yang (guitar), and Brenden Phung (guitar, synth), the band gained wider attention following the release of their 2024 debut studio album, The Art of Erosion. Evoking artists such as Wallows, The 1975, and Men I Trust, the album represents each member as openly as possible, smashing all their desires together and making sense of the madness. Within that chaos lies vulnerability, and sometimes even understanding. Their eclectic sound and groovy arrangements have led to features on KEXP and Live 105, as well as support slots for artists such as Sure Sure, Naked Giants, and Spiritual Cramp. With the addition of new member Levi Storm (bass), Indigo Elephant is moving towards what truly feels like their sound.
