Celebrating twenty years, THE MERMEN, the implacably iconoclastic instrumental rock trio from San Francisco, California, announce the release of their first studio album of all new material in a decade. Entitled 'IN GOD WE TRUST,' the album, recorded, produced and released independently by the band marks the return of this vibrant, ground-breaking and powerful classic guitar, bass and drums trio.

Along with original members Jim Thomas (guitars), Martyn Jones (drums) and Allen Whitman (bass) are musical guests including Prairie Prince (The Tubes / Jefferson Starship), Diana Mangano (Jefferson Starship), Jennifer Burnes, and Stanosaur. Together they create a musical pilgrimage starting from ambient oceanic dreamscape to relentless grindcore and back again into a West Coast audio odyssey flowing through the Byrds, Neil Young and early Jerry Garcia before finally washing up on a decidedly wild and seldom visited beach.
